We want you to be confident in Gideon. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our plans. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
The triage report is free — there is no payment and nothing to refund.
Email audit@gideonhq.io with your account email and we will take care of it. Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method; you may also contact Paddle buyer support directly. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
